Small Group Strength Training Class
The small group strength training class starts by focusing on the three main compound barbell lifts, squat, bench, and deadlift with three class sessions per week. The sessions are capped at 6 people where you will be closely coached throughout. Learning to lift safely by stressing sound technique and following a progressive program are the foundations of our approach with this class. After working through the initial fundamentals part of the class, you can decide what direction you want your program to focus on. Some options include: strongman, powerlifting, or bodybuilding. More experienced lifters that are looking to lift with a group and have accountability, can opt to skip the fundamentals portion of the programming Drop-ins for Strongman Saturdays are also included with this membership.
Open Gym Drop-Ins
Open gym drop-in passes are available during listed hours. We are a fairly small gym, so to keep it from being overcrowded, we ask that you book your open gym times as if they were a class on the schedule. You are free to use any equipment during open gym but, be cautious and courteous around other members when using strongman equipment.
